Information
It is agreed that Inysol will be kept informed of progress at all times throughout the course of the engagement.

Inysol will keep confidential and not divulge any confidential information belonging to the client to any third party without prior consent.
Notices
Any formal communications to Inysol should be sent to its registered office.
Liability
Inysol will present its reports, recommendations, or other findings in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
Reports
All reports and other documents prepared by Inysol remain the property of Inysol unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Variations
The agreement between Inysol and the client will only be varied if mutually agreed in writing.
Time and Attention
Inysol will devote such time, attention, and skill to the project as is reasonably required to complete it to a satisfactory standard.
Agreement
Inysol will carry out and complete the project in accordance with the matters set out in the proposal agreed with the client.
